Don't forget tonight is the last night you can make a deposit for Summer Camp.  Remember, a deposit only guarantee's your scout's spot at camps and ability to early register for merit badges.  Some merit badge classes fill faster than others. A deposit is not required for summer camp but highly encouraged.   

We have been asked to help with the District Pinewood Derby on Saturday Feb 24 from 8 AM to noon(estimated end). Service Hours have been approved. The location is the LDS Church 1617 Shiloh Rd Tyler TX 75703. If you can come please let Mr. Osburn know at 903-376-9070. He needs a head count.

Don’t forget. If you are in a leadership role in the Troop we are having a PLC Meeting tonight. We have a lot to discuss, so please be on time. The PLC Meeting will start at 6:00pm. Thank you.

For those that weren’t at the campout and didn’t hear this announcement, we are having a PLC meeting tonight before the Troop meeting. If you have a leadership role in the Troop please arrive at 6:00. Also, everyone that went on the campout please bring your backpack with the gear you took in it. We will be going over some backpacking tips this evening. Thank you, Jacob, SPL

All Troop parents, there will be an important parent meeting Monday evening at 6:30 to discuss summer camp.  There are 2 deadlines fast approaching.  One of the deadlines is the early bird payment for a reduced rate.  Please plan to attend so that answer any questions you may have. 

For those that are signed up to go on the campout, meet at the church at 5:30 in uniform. Please be there on time so we can assign tents and have enough time to load the trailer. Be sure to bring you rain gear and extra socks. Also bring a backpack cover. If you don’t have one, a large trash bag will do the trick. Thank you, Jacob Damskov, SPL. See you tomorrow.
